Preis: 1090 Euro (Preis für bis zu 4 Personen, 130€ je zusätzlicher Person). Inklusive Möbel, wöchentliche Reinigung, 1000mbit-Internet, Meetingraum (fast immer verfügbar), Drucker, Scanner, Sitzecke(n), Küche u.v.m.... Die Nutzung des großen Kellers (direkt aus dem Büro zugänglich) kann separat vereinbart werden. Die Einrichtung hat sich gegenüber den Fotos leicht verändert, kann aber flexibel getauscht werden. Es sind verschiedene Optionen verfügbar, je nach Wunsch des Mieters (z.B. große, feste Tische vs. etwas kleinere, höhenverstellbare Tische). Firmenanmeldung: Einmalig nur 150 Euro. Kündigungsfrist: 35 Tage (5 Wochen), zum Monatsende. Kaution: 400 Euro. The following spaces are available: - “Office 1”: Room for up to 4 people (approx. 18 sqm) Price: €990 - “Office 2”: Room for up to 6 people (approx. 20 sqm) Price: €1,090 (price for up to 4 people, €130 per additional person) Included are furniture, weekly cleaning, 1000 Mbit internet, a meeting room (almost always available), printer, scanner, lounge area(s), kitchen, and more. Use of the large basement (directly accessible from the office) can be arranged separately. The furnishings have changed slightly compared to the photos but can be adapted flexibly. Various options are available depending on the tenant’s preferences (e.g. large fixed desks vs. smaller height-adjustable desks). Company registration: one-time fee of only €150.
