About the Room & Flat: The room is 15 square meters, very bright, and comes fully equipped with a bed, desk, and wardrobe—perfect if you are a student or interning in the city. You will have full access to the equipped kitchen and the bathroom. You will be sharing the apartment with only one other person. It is a very relaxed and friendly environment. Location & Transport: The location is super central. You are incredibly well-connected to public transport: the U1/U3 (Kurfürstenstraße) and the U2/S-Bahn (Potsdamer Platz) are just a short walk away. Additionally, the M48 and M85 buses stop right nearby. It makes getting anywhere in Berlin incredibly easy. Supermarkets, cafes, and bakeries are right around the corner. WLAN, Strom, Wasser) Kaution: 200€ (Gibt es bei Auszug sofort zurück, wenn alles in Ordnung ist) Lage: Tiergarten / Mitte (Nähe Potsdamer Platz) Anmeldung: Da es sich um eine kurze Zwischenmiete handelt, ist eine Anmeldung leider nicht möglich. Zum Zimmer & zur Wohnung: Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, schön hell und komplett eingerichtet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank). Du kannst also einfach mit deinem Koffer einziehen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Bad stehen dir natürlich zur freien Verfügung. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit nur einer weiteren Person (Zweier-WG). Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Lage & Anbindung: Die Lage ist super zentral in Tiergarten/Mitte. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist genial: Die U1/U3 (Kurfürstenstraße) sowie die U2 und sämtliche S-Bahnen (Potsdamer Platz) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Busse M48 und M85 halten zudem fast vor der Tür. Man kommt von hier aus extrem schnell überall hin. Supermärkte, Cafés und Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke.
