The apartment has been renovated and newly furnished over the past few months, including the kitchen, and I have really put a lot of love and work into making it feel like a home ☺️ It is very bright, super quiet, and surrounded by greenery. The apartment consists of: * one bedroom * one guest room / office * a living room * a kitchen * a large winter garden/sunroom I am currently still updating a few things in the bathroom (toilet, sink, radiator, and furniture), and the guest room is not completely finished yet. The two rooms will look better than on the photos. Move-in is possible from September 2026, as I will be abroad for several months. Please note that personal use of the apartment is planned from February 2027 onwards, so I am looking for someone interested in a temporary rental. I’m flexible with the dates/months. Just reach out and I am sure we can arrange it! Since this is my personal home and not just a rental apartment, it is important to me to find someone who will treat the space with care and respect, as if it were their own. I also have a dog myself, so you should not have any dog allergies. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. If you are interested, I would really appreciate it if you could write a few lines about yourself ☺️ The utility costs will be settled based on actual consumption. The rent is according to the Mietspiegel (actually below). Location: The tram to the Ringbahn and Alexanderplatz is directly around the corner, and there are several bus connections nearby as well.
