Room/apartment available from Jun 22nd - Jul 31st in Prenzlauerberg (near Schönhauser Allee) Since my family is moving out of the current apartment before time, I’m looking for a sub-tenant/nachmieter who could share the apartment with me. The apartment has all the furnishings that you could think of - TV (with Netflix), Internet, Kitchen and utensils, Beds and Mattresses, Sofa, Dinibg table, Work table and chair, Cupboards, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, etc. - whatever you see in the pictures is all that you get. The best part of the apartment is not even the apartment - it’s the balcony deck rather. So long as you don’t disturb the neighbours, have all the summer Sun and fun that you want. If you take the bunk bed then it‘d be 1000€ for the duration and 1500€ if you take the regular Queen size bed. A deposit of the same value will be required as well. This fee is all-inclusive; nothing extra to be paid for heating, water, etc. Only males to be considered for this shared living set up, as I‘ll be living in the other room myself. If any female requires the place then she could take the entire apartment up for 2200€ (I’ll move to another apartment in that case). No Anmeldung possible. No pets allowed.
