Flat We would like to sublent our flat in Berlin Neukölln for the the mentioned for the mentioned dates end of July until mid-August. The flat is 65m2, has 2 rooms: a spacious living room including dinner area and seating area, a seperate bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and has a balcony. We live here as a couple and therefor you will not be sharing it with anyone else. The flat is completely furnished so you won’t need to bring any furniture. The flat is bright and spacious, and if Berlin weather is good - you have morning sun in the living room & balcony. We prefer to rent it out the full month of March, but we can be flexible with the move in dates. Location The flat is based in the lively area 'Reuterkiez' in Neukölln. The flat is located exactly between Sonnenallee and Weserstr. and therefore has plenty of bars, café's, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets. 1 min walking to Sonnenallee 1 min walking to Weserstr. 5 min walking to Hermannplatz (U7 & U8) 7 min walking to Edeka, LIDL & Aldi 7 min walking to Paul-Lincke-Ufer & Maybachufer Miscellaneous The flat is for sure available for the mentioned dates only!
