Hi all! We have a double room to rent in a quiet & cute 3 bed flat. The room comes unfurnished apart from a built in wardrobe. There is an option for the bed frame to be left is required. We live in beautiful Kingsdown on a quiet street. We are friendly and hang out most evenings (though do enjoy our own space). We sometimes make plans together on the weekends but also do our own thing too. We would love to have a flatmate who is looking for the same thing. We are looking for; - A working professional with a similar schedule (9-5ish). Ideally someone who is in the office most days as the flat can feel cramped otherwise. - Someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of each others belongings and space. Willing to chip into big cleans and shared household products is a must. - A non driver - this isn’t a deal dreaker because a parking permit is available, but it is expensive. - Not a party animal but who enjoys a wine and a chat.
