Hi everyone :) I recently bought this sweet apartment in Moabit. It has 1.5 rooms, including a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. It is a 55-square-meter, renovated Altbau with high ceilings. All the furnishings are new or second-hand. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is no balcony, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The Spree River is a 5-minute walk with lots of beautiful spots to relax. Tiergarten Park is a 25-minute walk away, the Beusselstraße S-Bahn station is 16 minutes away, and the Turmstraße U-Bahn station is 15 minutes away. There are also Rewe, Penny, DM, and many Spätis within a 5–10-minute walk. I’m looking for someone who also loves plants and can take care of all my plants. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. The rent for these 5 weeks is quite high, but I have to pay back the loan + €280 in maintenance fees and taxes aswell as 28€ Wifi. I also require a security deposit of €1,000. I’m going to India for 5 weeks to do a Kundalini yoga teacher training, and I’d like to find my apartment just as I left it. I look forward to hearing from you :) Hallo:) Ich habe mir vor kurzem eine wunderschöne renovierte Altbauwohnung in Moabit gekauft. Die Wohnung hat dementsprechend hohe Decken, große Fenster und ist 55m2 groß. Die Möbel und die Küche sind alle neu gekauft und ein paar Second Hand. In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt inkl. Spülmaschine. Die Spree ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Tiergarten ist in 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die S-Bahn-Station Beusselstraße in 16 Minuten und die U-Bahn-Station Turmstraße in 15 Minuten. Auch Rewe, Penny, DM und zahlreiche Spätis sind in 5–10 Minuten erreichbar. Ich suche jemanden der sich gut um meine Wohnung kümmert (und alle meine pflanzis!) und ordentlich und sauber ist. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für eine Person oder ein Paar. Leider ist die Miete sehr hoch, weil ich meinen Kredit abbezahlen muss + 280€ Hausgeld und Steuern sowie 28€ Wlan monatlich. Ich werde in der Zwischenzeit nach Indien verreisen und möchte meine Wohnung genauso wieder übernehmen, wie als ich sie verlassen habe.Pokaż więcej
