Hey, as I'm moving in with my girlfriend, my apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) is becoming available. The building has an Energy Performance Certificate rated A and features underfloor heating supplied by district heating. Thanks to the excellent insulation, I hardly ever needed to turn on the heating during winter—except once when my girlfriend was staying over and the outside temperature dropped to -17°C. The current warm rent is €1,122 per month including utilities (warm rent). The property is managed by Heimstaden, and I've never had any issues with them, even when something needed to be repaired or replaced. I've lived here for almost 10 years. The apartment comes with a fully installed kitchen (included at no extra cost). If you're interested, I can also sell you a large assembled IKEA KALLAX shelving unit with drawer inserts, which fits perfectly in the hallway. Otherwise, I'll take it with me. It took quite a bit of effort to assemble, so maybe someone would appreciate not having to do that themselves. The apartment also includes a small, dry basement storage unit, as well as a spacious utility/storage room inside the apartment with enough space for a washing machine, dryer, and additional storage cabinet. The only catch: We're looking for someone who can take over the apartment from August 1, 2026, so we don't have to pay rent for two apartments at the same time.
