Hallo, ich würde meine kleine Wohnung für den Sommerurlaub 20.7. - 23.8. gern an jemanden untervermieten, dem Sauberkeit auch sehr wichtig ist. Die Wohnung liegt zentral nahe dem Kanal, dem Weserkiez und dem Treptower Park. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind um die Ecke. WLAN und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Alles andere zeige und erkläre ich gern beim persönlichen Kennenlernen.
