Hallo, da ich bald zwei Auslandspraktika absolvieren werde, wird mein Zimmer vom 01.08.2026-30.09.3027 frei! Hello, since I'll be doing two internships abroad soon, my room will be available from August 1, 2026, to September 30, 3027! Hier sind ein paar Infos: Here is some information: Zimmer/Room Das Zimmer ist etwa 22m^2 groß und ist zum Innenhof gerichtet. Dadurch liegt das Zimmer auch sehr ruhig. Untervermietet wird das Zimmer außerdem mit den Möbeln. In der Wohnung lebt ihr zu dritt, trotz allem ist sie groß genug, sodass es sich nicht beengt anfühlt. The room is about 22 m2 and faces the courtyard. This makes it very quiet. The room is also being sublet fully furnished. There are three of you living in the apartment, but it’s still big enough that it doesn’t feel cramped. Lage/Location Die Alte Bürger ist eine sehr schöne und bekannte Gegend zum Wohnen. Die Straße ist bekannt für ihre Kneipen, allerdings liegt dein Zimmer trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Penny, der 3 Minuten entfernt liegt, sowie einen Edeka, der ebenfalls in etwa 15 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist und 24/6 geöffnet hat. Die Busverbindungen sind ebenfalls sehr gut, da sich die Haltestelle Schleusenstr. etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt befindet. Von dort aus kann man die Linien 504, 505 und 506 nehmen, mit denen die Hochschule in 7 Minuten und der Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Alte Bürger is a very nice and well-known street to live in. The street is known for its bars, but your room is still in a very quiet location. There’s a Penny supermarket just 3 minutes away, as well as an Edeka, which is also about a 15-minute walk away and is open 24/6. Bus service is also excellent, as the Schleusenstr. stop is about a 2-minute walk from the apartment. From there, you can take lines 504, 505, and 506, which will take you to the university in 7 minutes and the main train station in 15 minutes. WG-Leben/Life in the Shared-apartment Deine Mitbewohner sind Emilio (M26) und Franca (W20). Sie sind beide Studenten an der Hochschule Bremerhaven und führen ein recht ruhiges WG-Leben, gehen aber beide gerne mit Freunden raus:) Franca zieht allerdings ebenfalls zum September hin aus und untervermietet ihr Zimmer für ein Jahr. Your roommates are Emilio (M26) and Franca (F20). They’re both students at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences and lead a pretty quiet life in their shared apartment, but they both like to go out with friends :) Franca is also moving out in September, though, and is subletting her room for a year.
