Hi everyone! I’m subletting a room in my beautiful and cozy Altbau apartment in Charlottenburg, close to Kantstraße and Savignyplatz. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bright living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. You would have your own private bedroom and share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with me. The location is honestly one of the best things about the apartment. The S-Bahn is only around two minutes away on foot, and the neighborhood is full of lovely cafés, great restaurants, bars, and charming streets. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful, but as soon as you step outside, the area feels lively and full of energy. The rent is €1,000 per month, including all bills and utilities. The deposit is €1,000, and the room is available for 2 to 3 months. Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible.
