Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug. Sie liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Samariterstr. und ca 8 min von der S-Bahn Frankfurter- Allee. Der Boxi ist ebenfalls 8 min entfernt. Es gibt viele tolle Cafés, Parks, Flohmärkte udn Vintage Läden. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls an jeder Ecke. Ich würde die Wohnung gerne an eine verantwortungsvolle Person vermieten die Sauberkeit priotisiert. Partys sind absolut nicht erlaubt.
