Hey, Ich plane vom 25 Juni bis zum 1 August (25.06.2026-01.08.2026) zu verreisen und würde daher gerne meine Wohnung untervermieten für die Zeit. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und ist direkt bezugsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Gebäudekomplex. Es gibt einen entspannten Innenhof mit viel Grünfläche auf den man vom Balkon aus schauen kann. Man hat einen penny, einen Nettound 2 Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür (1 min Fußweg). Die Bushaltestellen bringen einen auch direkt zu den S Bahnhöfen Wollankstr und Wedding. Oder zu den Ubahnhöfen Pankstr und Osloer Str. Also bestens angebunden. Die Wohnung liegt zwar in einer höheren Etage aber es gibt einen Aufzug. Bei Fragen meldet euch gerne einfach. The flat is fully equipped and ready to move into. The flat is located in a quiet residential complex. There is a relaxing courtyard with plenty of green space that you can look out onto from the balcony. There is a Penny, a Netto and two bus stops right on the doorstep (1-minute walk). The bus stops also take you directly to the S-Bahn stations at Wollankstraße and Wedding, or to the U-Bahn stations Pankstraße and Osloer Straße. So it’s very well connected.
