Bright Furnished Room in Calm International WG – for a Responsible GIRL, Fixed Move-in 1st September 2026 We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and tidy non-smoking GIRL to join our calm and welcoming WG in Oberföhring (Regina-Ullmann-Str., 81927), starting 1st of September 2026. ✨ Please note from the beginning: The room is offered to a GIRL only. Applications from men will not be considered. The move-in date is fixed (1st of September 2026). Later arrivals are unfortunately not possible. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the option to extend. We value: • Quiet evenings, especially after 22:30 • Clean and well-kept shared spaces • Treating the flat like your own home, even if the stay is for a limited time This is important to us: A short-term stay is not a reason to be less mindful. We appreciate a natural sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and consideration for shared areas. We enjoy cooking, baking, and spending time together from time to time, while fully respecting each other’s privacy. No strict cleaning plans or control — just open communication and mutual respect.
